Prayers were answered thanks to Realtor Prince Porter. He referred us to Peak Flow Plumbing and they sent us Ken. Who is a rockstar! He saved us over $1,000.00 in comparison to the other bids we received. We had no hesitation moving forward from an estimate to getting it all done in the blink of an eye!!! We are positive Ken deserves a raise. Stellar customer service, knowledge and professionalism. If we ever have another plumbing need, Ken is our first and only choice!!

We had stopped an essential oil bottle into the toilet and were afraid it had gotten lodged and stuck. Pikes peak plumbing came out and ensured me that the bottle had passed through the toilet and left without charging me. So thankful for these guys coming out and diagnosing the issue for me.

Late Sunday night our water heater started leaking profusely. Turned the water off and started calling around to plumbers. The first one I called couldn’t get us in until Tuesday. Called Peak Flow Plumbing and the professional on the line had me scheduled for service Monday morning. The technicians arrived at 8:30am, got straight to work, and quickly found the bottom of our tank had rusted out. They provided me with multiple estimates and answered my questions. They replaced my tank only to discover the new tank was defective and they had to replace that one! But they remained professional and actually apologized to me. Even though it was out of their control. Ken and Zeek spent all day fixing our tank and were upbeat and friendly the whole time. When it was time to pay the bill it was easy and efficient, and the company even had financing if need. We 100% recommend this company.
