I stopped into Burdeen's jewelry store as I saw a watch online I was interested in. First class service by the whole staff there that assisted me. I ended up buying 2 watches from them in the same month. Marty the GM is the best in the business and was an incredible pleasure to work with. Top notch inventory. Highly recommend!

The service here is outstanding!! I came in randomly because the clasp on my Omega Seamaster bracelet was stuck and wouldn’t open. As they were taking my information to get the watch sent over to Omega, I asked if it would be possible to take the watch off the bracelet so I can use the rubber strap that I have at home. They sent it down to their in-house repair team and a specialist came up 5 min later saying that the reason the clasp was stuck was because a small screw fell off and that he’d be able to fix and replace the screw. 10 min later he returned the watch with the bracelet working like new and they didn’t charge me anything! Super friendly staff and they have an amazing assortment of watches and custom made jewelry, highly recommend!!

Kevin was super-responsive and helpful. He communicated with me via e-mail around the clock until the deal was done...and after I received the watch.
